Knee or Elbow Heat Pad

The Instant Bio-Pack Sport Heat Pack is convenient and portable and provides you with the heat of the larger packs in a smaller package. That's up to one whole hour of heat! It is designed specifically to treat  areas such as the knee and elbow joints. You can heat this without use of hot water or microwaves.

It can also be used as a cold pad with 1 hour of refridgeration.
