2 Day Workshop - Saturday 4th & Sunday 5th July

This is a veritable feast of techniques and stitches used to create vegetables, fruit, mushrooms, nuts and   flowers. The techniques covered will include padded and beaded stitches, ruched and wired appliqué as well as working with textured threads. The students will be taught crewel embroidery using thread with a twist and composite stitches. Templates for box making will be provided as well as a full demonstration.

The kit includes the design silk screened onto the fabric, the colour photo, instruction booklet, all the threads and notions needed to complete the project. Box template and instructions included however the box is not included. The design size is approximately 25cm x 18cm.
